At Fiido Company, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned sports gear must be in its original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
